Trainings can be customized to audiences from small group to large conference settings, with the presenter being experienced in engaging participants with varying educational levels, subject knowledge, and cognitive and communication abilities. Multiple learning styles will be addressed through auditory, visual, tactile, and interactive components. Materials can be provided in alternative formats if requested.

Training topics can be selected individually or by combining existing modules to expand the scope. Format typically includes a lecture with power point presentation, small and/or large group activity, worksheet completion, and question and answer sessions, with some variance based on the allotted time. Modules can be divided for shorter sessions or stacked into full or half-day trainings. The topic briefs do not always allow for powerpoint presentations or audience participation.
