DISPUTE RESOLUTIONS: Getting What My Child Needs When Things are Not Going Well or When Policies are Not Being Followed

« This training will cover Examples and Types of Violations to Special Education Laws, School and Parent Documentation, Using Prior Written Notice (PWN), Requesting Facilitated IEPs, Writing and Submitting State Complaints, Mediation, Early Resolution, Due Process Complaints, etc.

« Information on the tools to use and steps to take when it is suspected that a student’s rights are being violated (dispute resolution)

« A comprehensive review of the documents and forms used in implementing special education services
